Dick Advocaat will be paid less than his...

Dutch trainer Advocaat, 62, has yet to sign a deal with Russia, but quit his job as coach of Belgium last week. He said the prospect of working with the Russian national side was too compelling.

Belgian media have said Advocaat could be paid as much as 12 million euros a year to lead Russia to the finals of Euro 2012.

"That"s not true," Sergei Fursenko told Sovetsky Sport. "I can only say that Advocaat will get less than Hiddink."

Hiddink received an estimated 8 million euros a year.

Fursenko also said that Russia would not pay the Belgian FA compensation for Advocaat"s decision to break his contract with them.

"This is an issue for Dick and the Belgian FA," he said.
