 The pact, signed on April 8, stipulates that the number of nuclear warheads is to be reduced to 1,550 on each side over seven years, while the number of delivery vehicles, both deployed and non-deployed, must not exceed 800. "We are planning to exchange opinions with our American colleagues on prospects for the ratification," said Mikhail Margelov, head of the international affairs committee in the upper house of the Russian parliament. would include members of the Federation Council, experts, scholars, and representatives of the business community.

The Russian authorities earlier intended to set up a managing company to deal with the establishment of the international financial center in the Russian capital. "A managing company will not be established yet, as discussion has showed that this is not expedient at this stage. It would suffice to have a special coordination working group, which will be created under the council," Arkady Dvorkovich said. “The president will gather a council for the development
of financial markets once every two months and will coordinate this process at a strategic level,” he added.
Moscow and New Delhi are expected to sign a contract on a joint development of the new fighter in the near future, focusing on the design concept and technical requirements put forward by India. "I hope that we will be able to build a joint fifth-generation aircraft in the next five to six years. be most likely based on Russia"s T-50 prototype fifth-generation fighter, which has already made two test flights and is expected to join the Russian Air Force in 2015. 
According to Sergei Viktorov, a total of 18 people were initially on board the MI-8 Hip helicopter that failed to make radio contact at a specified time.
